Digital transformation requires inner clarity

The digital world is developing at an enormous pace. For entrepreneurs and managers, this means constant change, complex decisions and often high expectations. But more and more tasks, longer to-do lists or constant availability are not a sustainable answer. Real strength comes from conscious self-management, mental clarity and the ability to remain capable of acting even under pressure.

An impulse from the field – Carina Matussek in Stuttgart

This insight was the focus of the pureCom event at the Satellite Office in Stuttgart. Carina Matussek, an expert in stress resilience and mental strength, spoke under the title:
“Between high speed and clarity – How to master digital change as an entrepreneur with resilience”.

With her many years of experience in the tax sector and as a lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart and Mannheim, she knows the reality of the day-to-day work of many managers. Her presentation was therefore not about abstract models, but about concretely applicable strategies for dealing confidently with pressure, complexity and information overload.

Between speed, focus and health

Carina conveyed in an understandable way how mental strength can be built up and integrated into everyday life. She showed that clarity of mind not only improves decision-making, but also protects your own health. After all, those who work under constant stress not only lose sight of the big picture – they often lose themselves too.

The practical exercises that Carina used to show how quickly and purposefully you can get back into focus – both professionally and privately – were particularly helpful. These impulses could be implemented immediately and provided lasting food for thought for many of the participants.

Exchange with depth

Many thanks to Isabel Intrup and her team from Direction Stuttgart, who together with Birn+Partners – Arne Bender, Jens Bolms and Costel Vasilache – made this inspiring evening possible. In a calm, professional setting, space was created for genuine encounters, concentrated exchange and personal reflection.

Conclusion

The event impressively demonstrated this: Digital change is not just a technological challenge, but also a mental one. Those who develop inner clarity and resilience can not only cope with change – they can actively shape it.
