Berlin, 23. März 2022: Mit der Auszeichnung „Best Workspaces 2022“ erhält das Satellite Office am Frankfurter Opernplatz einen weiteren Preis für sein Bürokonzept pureSilent®. “Best Workspaces” ist der erste internationale Architektur-Award für intelligente Arbeitswelten. Der Wettbewerb wurde vom Callwey Verlag ausgeschrieben und mit seinen Partnern BMW Group, dem Architekturmagazin „Baumeister“, den Plattformen baunetz interior|design und OFFICE DEALZZ sowie dem Büromagazin OFFICE ROXX realisiert. Eine unabhängige Expertenjury beurteilte die Workspace-Interiors. Der Award wurde 2020 zum ersten Mal ausgelobt. Neu ist in diesem Jahr, dass die Sieger und Ausgezeichneten erstmals in einem umfangreichen Jahrbuch vorgestellt werden. 

The award as one of the “Best Workspaces 2022” is already the second recognition after the ICONIC Design Award 2021 from the German Design Council, which Satellite Office received in October 2021. “The time was ripe for a holistic office concept” – Satellite Office CEO Anita Gödiker was certain of this. Together with experts in acoustics, light, haptics and ergonomics, she spent a year and a half developing a holistic, completely new room concept for workspaces and called it pureSilent®. In contrast to the open, noisy coworking hype that reached its peak in 2018, Gödiker opted for silence and returned attention to the overused five senses. Spaces became a stage for concentrated collaboration, for deep working and agile working. Purist design, clear lines, carefully crafted acoustics, finely tuned color schemes and sustainably tactile materials form the innovative environment for a working world with style, a first-class look and a sense of well-being. These are the room components for high productivity and efficiency at the highest quality level. Gödiker implemented this new holistic office concept for the first time in the Frankfurt Satellite Office together with the Kölling & Partner team of architects.

“I am proud of the “Best Workspaces 2022” award. The pureSilent® concept is obviously right on trend. When we developed it, it was ahead of its time, people no longer felt completely comfortable in the chaos of coworking spaces and efficiency suffered, but it was still pretty cool to work like this. Corona, with all its distancing rules and other hurdles, has brought the need for individual, protected workspaces to the general public. Suddenly, “cool” was no longer relevant and people began to focus on other values. At this point, we had already implemented the pureSilent® workspaces – while most companies and providers are only now starting to realize them,” Anita Gödiker reports on the path to pureSilent®.
