However, how to design attractive hybrid working models is often a big question &#8211; and not just in HR departments. Management positions only become really attractive with flexible working models &#8211; <strong>salary is no longer the only deciding factor<\/strong>. There is enormous potential here to position the company as an excellent employer. Flexible workspaces such as Satellite Office &#8211; also known as coworking &#8211; are playing an increasingly important role. The flexibility of the workplace plays a major role in this,&#8221; says Anita G\u00f6diker, founder and Managing Director of Satellite Office. Over thirty percent of customers now come from medium-sized companies in the finance, mobility, insurance, consulting and IT sectors, and especially from the pharmaceutical and biochemical industries, who want to expand their <strong>proximity to customers<\/strong>in many cities with entire teams on site. &#8220;Companies also send certain departments, project groups or managers to a Satellite Office.&#8221; There are several reasons for this, explains Anita G\u00f6diker. On the one hand, it is about <strong>fresh inspiration<\/strong> through a new environment, and on the other hand, it is about reducing project times because the groups can <strong>concentrate better<\/strong> in the <strong>Satellite Office<\/strong> environment than in the home office. In addition, the <strong>distances <\/strong>to each other are <strong>shorter and communication is easier.<\/strong>     <\/p>\n\n<p>It is important to know that there are now many different facets to coworking.
