Frankfurt has a new architectural gem – and we celebrated it with an evening to remember. The grand opening of Villa Sander is not just another Satellite Office. It is a statement. For style. For excellence. For a new era of working. Over 200 invited guests experienced a night full of encounters, visions and quiet power – in a villa that breathes history and shapes the future.

As soon as they arrived, it was clear that this evening was no ordinary event. The historic Wilhelminian-style villa on Mainzer Landstrasse, imposing on the outside and timelessly elegant on the inside, welcomed its guests with atmosphere. The red carpet, the golden light, the sound of inspired conversations – everything was permeated by one feeling: something great is being created here.

Our deep gratitude goes to Dr. Thomas Bscher, owner of the villa and Managing Director of Dr. Bscher Immobilien, and Christian Kumbernuss, Managing Director of Bscher Immobilien GmbH. With their clear vision, trust and uncompromising quality standards, an idea was transformed into a space that goes far beyond the ordinary.

We would also like to thank Dr. Stefan Soehngen and Bernhard Grieb from Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt. Their presence and their impulses underlined how closely economic development and exceptional places to work are linked today.

Special thanks also go to the musicians of the Instrumentum Foundation, who provided the musical backdrop to the evening: Alexander Dimitrov (solo cellist) and Johanna Röhrig (violinist) gave the opening an extraordinary touch with their performances on valuable, historical instruments. Their music – carried by talent, passion and the vision of a more humane world – reflected the spirit of Villa Sander in a unique way.
