The Grand Kickoff marked the start of the fundamental revitalization of Villa Goethe in Munich – a building with history that will set new standards for work and corporate culture as Satellite Office ‘s third location.

The event not only marked the beginning of a new phase, but also the end of a special chapter:

The renowned Villa Stuck, which was housed in the Villa Goethe during its renovation, is returning to its original location. In moving words, Peter J.C. Hansen, Chairman of the Villa Stuck Association, paid tribute to the special connection between two places that were linked by culture and attitude.

Flexible working environments with attitude – Satellite Office at Villa Goethe

By mid-2026, another flexible premium workspace in the Satellite Office style will be built on Goethestrasse – with a focus on people, discretion, substance and quiet strength. Villa Goethe combines prestigious architecture with modern functionality: for confidential discussions, concentrated work or high-quality events in small groups.

With the existing locations at Ludwigpalais and Rundfunkplatz, Satellite Office will have a triple presence in Munich in future – at three locations that each represent different work needs in their own way, but are all linked by a clear attitude.

A house for quiet doers

Villa Goethe is not a classic office building – but a place for people who value style, attitude and clarity. Spaces where leadership is more than hierarchy, and meetings are more than appointments.

Accompanied musically by Alexander Dimitrov and Daniel Arias (Instrumentum Foundation), the contributions by Anita Gödiker and Stefan Legat gave a glimpse of what is to come – unagitated but ambitious.
