In the exclusive setting of the pureCom format at the Satellite Office in Munich, leaders from business and consulting came together to discuss key issues of modern corporate management. The theme of the evening was:
“Shaping the future! What really matters now: leadership and agility.”

The evening was given a special boost by the collaboration with Birn + Partners, an experienced executive search and transformation consultant. In a small setting, selected leaders discussed how organizations should position themselves today in order to remain successful tomorrow.

Visiting: Anja Bonnländer, agile coach, speaker and specialist for change processes. In her keynote speech, she gave a practical demonstration of how companies can not only increase their speed through agile principles, but also improve their resilience – and the importance of leadership in the process.

• How does an organization remain agile and capable of acting?
• How do teams develop solutions independently – even in times of increasing complexity?
• And how can we retain talent while actively shaping cultural change?

Bonnländer’s ideas were discussed intensively and supplemented by valuable experience reports from the participants.

Flipchart instead of buzzwords – with clarity through transformation

Instead of slides or glossy slides, Bonnländer deliberately opted for a reduced, dialog-oriented presentation – a sign of practical relevance and concentration on the essentials.
She showed that transformation does not begin in the strategy meeting, but in the daily behavior of leadership and team.

There were not just analyses. Specific methods were proposed on how managers can provide guidance and share responsibility at the same time – taking into account impact, depth and attitude.

Space for exchange that remains

The Satellite Office Munich on Maximilianstraße provided the perfect setting for this evening: urban, high-quality and discreet. This is exactly what the pureCom format is all about – discussions at eye level, in rooms that make an impact.

The personal exchange in a small circle showed once again: Sustainability is not created in monologues, but in dialog. If you want to shape the future, you have to listen, understand and then act.
