New location in Berlin opens in 2020

Berlin, June 27, 2019: The building at Kurfürstendamm 15, also known as “Mampes gute Stube”, is one of the most sought-after properties in Berlin. Satellite Office won the competition to rent the space and will be offering modern and luxurious flexible workspaces, offices and Conference Rooms there from late summer 2020. “I am particularly excited about this project in Satellite Office’s home city,” says Anita Gödiker, founder and CEO of Satellite Office. “Here, the requirements of the latest generation of flexible workplaces will meet and complement the experience of over twenty years in an exciting way,” she continues.

Ku’damm 15 becomes the fourth Satellite Office location in Berlin.

The lease of over 2,300 square meters covers the entire Art Nouveau complex of the Kudamm 12-15 development project and marks Satellite Office’s fourth location in Berlin, in addition to other offices in Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich. The other Satellite Office addresses in the capital are also impressive: Haus Cumberland at Kurfürstendamm 194, Alte Postdirektion at Französische Straße 12 and the Römischer Hof, Unter den Linden 10. Concentrated, quiet working in cultivated surroundings, upscale company and at the best address – this is what Satellite Office is focusing on in the now hotly contested market for coworking and flexible workspaces. Anita Gödiker: “This building is simply great. How often have I eaten a salad here in the Marché! Working with the owner – the Dusseldorf-based Centrum Group and the renowned architectural firm Kahlfeld – to develop a new-generation Satellite Office on this site is both a gift and a great task. We will breathe new life into the building with great care and professionalism. In doing so, we will translate the fantastic stories that the building tells into design for fine working.”
