EXPANSION IN SWITZERLAND:

SATELLITE OFFICE PLANS ADDITIONAL LOCATION IN ZURICH

Berlin, January 27, 2022: Satellite Office, a luxury provider of flexible workspaces, is opening a second location in Zurich. In a prominent location on Bellevueplatz in Zurich, the historic “Zürcherhof” building is being converted into a first-class office building. The complete refurbishment of the building has already begun and the opening will take place in 2023. The first Satellite Office at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich opened back in 2016. Following Zurich I and Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property Ltd.

Satellite Office: Three times in Switzerland, ten times in Germany

With the new locations in Geneva (opening Q4 2022) and Zurich II (opening end of 2023), Satellite Office will then have a total of three luxurious workspaces with over 250 workplaces in Switzerland and ten locations in Germany with over 3,200 tenants. The new Satellite Office at Limmatquai 4 in Zurich will have a high-quality fit-out and attractive outdoor areas with additional balconies and an idyllic roof terrace. The “Zürcherhof” is particularly attractive due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the transport links directly to Bellevue are excellent. Smaller stores and a café will be created on the first floor of the new Satellite Office, further enriching the attractive surroundings. A total of around 1,200 square meters will be created with 85 workstations, 28 offices, a fireplace lounge, two meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes and phone booths.
